Why do I see 'You do not have the feature “backup”.'?
Answer
If you attempt to generate a user backup using the uapi Backup API call documented at Back up cPanel account to home directory
and you see error output of

- You do not have the feature “backup”.

metadata: {}
then the feature list used by that user needs to have "Backup Manager" enabled.
