How to disable email forwarding features for cPanel accounts

Introduction

Email forwarding features can be disabled in the feature list used by the package assigned to cPanel accounts.

Procedure

1. Log into WHM.
2. Navigate to "WHM / Packages / Feature Manager."
3. Under "Manage feature list", select the feature list used by the package assigned to the cPanel account you want to disable email forwarding for.
4. Click "Edit".
5. Ensure "Email Domain Forwarding" and "Forwarder Manager" are not selected.
6. Click "Save".
