Nginx settings not showing up on user's cpanel

Question

I have enabled the feature to allow user's to manage their Nginx cache settings (enable/disable), as per this doc https://docs.cpanel.net/whm/software/nginx-manager/ , however, the options are not being displayed on their cPanel -- they can only clear the cache, but this option stays there even if I uncheck the respective feature. I'm using cPanel v100.0.5, so this should work according to the KB.

Am I doing something wrong?

Users can only clear their cache. Editing settings is not the intention of this feature.

• EA4 - Allow enabling/disabling NGINX caching (requires cPanel & WHM version 100 or later) — Allow the cPanel user account to enable or disable NGINX® caching.
