Roundcube displays the mailbox usage percentage unless the cPanel account quota is in a critical state (typically >90%). The widget prioritizes showing the account-level usage in the quick view. Clicking the widget reveals the full quota details for both the mailbox and account.

This behavior cannot be changed through Roundcube or cPanel settings because both quotas are required for proper management by Dovecot, and the widget is designed to display all quota data returned by the IMAP service.
