WHM >> Server Information >> Physical Disks is blank when using NVMe disks

Symptoms

If your cPanel server is using NVMe disks, you'll see that the "Physical Disks" section in WHM >> Server Information is blank.

Description

The Server Information page is not able to properly report the disk structure from NVMe disks.

We've opened an internal case for our development team to investigate this further. For reference, the case number is CPANEL-41714. Follow this article to receive an email notification when a solution is published in the product. 

Workaround

There is currently no workaround available for this issue.
