When renewing a license in the cPanel store, some customers may see an error "Proration Not Applied'
IPs that have not had an active license in the past 30 days will receive a prorated price on the license purchased for that IP.
IPs that have had an active license in the past 30 days do not qualify for a Pro-Rated price, and will receive a warning that Proration has not been applied. To proceed with the renewal, Users will need to click the blue 'here' link in the error message to be redirected to the cart so that they may process their renewal.
