To renew a license that has expired more than a month ago, use the instructions below:

Log in to your cPanel Store account

Click on Order New Services
- Choose the license you wish to purchase

Click Order Now
- Follow the prompts to complete the order
To renew a license that has expired during the same month, use the instructions below:
1. Log in to your cPanel Store account
2. Once you log in you will see you have an invoice due.
3. Click on the Pay Now Button
4. Once paid your invoice will activate again
The license will activate immediately and access to cPanel/WHM will be restored. If access to cPanel/WHM is not successful, refresh the license file on the server by running the following command via SSH as the root user:
/usr/local/cpanel/cpkeyclt
