When does my cPanel license renew?

Renewal date

All cPanel licenses purchased in the cPanel Store automatically renew on the anniversary date of the account. When monthly billing occurs, the primary credit card on your cPanel Store account will be billed for your licenses. The only way to stop your license from being renewed would be to cancel the license by following the instructions on the article How do I cancel my cPanel license? before the renewal date of the following month.

What if my cPanel license renewal fails?

cPanel will attempt to bill the primary credit card on file 3 times. If no successful payment is made, the license will be expired. If you would like to renew your license after it has been expired, you can follow our guide How do I renew an expired license in the cPanel Store?
