I removed an email forwarder within cPanel > Forwarders, but mail is still being forwarded to the email address within the forwarder. Why is this happening?
Answer
One common reason for this could be that an email filter still exists for the email account that is forwarding mail. You can check for the existence of email filters within "cPanel > Global Email Filters and also within cPanel > Email Filters."
