All paid versions of LiteSpeed come with WordPress Brute Force Protection, including licenses purchased from cPanel, and even the Free Starter License. These licenses are often referred to by the all encompassing name "LiteSpeed Enterprise" or "Enterprise Edition" which is not to be confused with the more specific but similarly named "Web Host Enterprise" license. The "Web Host Enterprise" license does include WordPress Brute Force Protection because it is part of the overall collection of paid "LiteSpeed Enterprise" license types.
