How to Cancel a License in the cPanel Store

To cancel a license purchased through the cPanel Store, follow the steps below:

1. Log in to your cPanel Store account.
   
2. Navigate to Orders/Licenses, then click View My Licenses.
   
3. Click Active next to the license you wish to cancel.
4. Click Request Cancellation.
   
5. Your license will automatically expire on the 1st day of the following month. After that date, you will no longer be billed for it.

Note: After canceling a license, the associated IP address will be suspended from prorated pricing for 30 days. If you're a new customer and have concerns about this, please contact Customer Service.

Refund Eligibility

New license purchases are eligible for a full refund within the first 72 hours. To request a refund:

• Submit a request to cPanel Customer Service within 72 hours of purchase.
• Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to process.
