The cPanel store pricing for CloudLinux ELS licensing is:

CloudLinux ELS for cPanel - $17.95/month

CloudLinux ELS (without cPanel) - $28.95/month

CloudLinux ELS is not available for purchase in the cPanel Store.  It is only available to customers who were using CloudLinux 6 when it reached EOL.  The CloudLinux license will automatically be billed for the ELS pricing during billing.
