The 'Reset a DNS Zone' WHM interface is gone in cPanel version 96.

How can I reset my DNS zones now?

'Reset a DNS Zone' functionality was moved to the WHM -> DNS Zone Manager interface in cPanel 96. You can find it in the 'Actions' drop-down menu in the upper-left portion of DNS Zone Manager:
