SSL certificates using IDN/punycode domains: subject.commonName shows ~ (null/undef)

Symptoms

After using AutoSSL to issue an SSL certificate for the IDN/punycode domain, the API call 'list_ssl_items' fails.

Description

Using an IDN/punycode domain can get a valid SSL certificate from AutoSSL. However, the certificate 'Common Name' is ~. Without the domainname showing in the certificate, the API calls for SSL can not reference it.

Example:

# uapi --user=idnuser SSL list_ssl_items items=crt domains=IDN-PUNYCODE-DOMAIN-NAME
