Symptoms
The SSL/TLS certificate interface will either take a very long time to fully load the domain list or hang indefinitely when an account has a very large number of domains.
Description
The SSL/TLS certificate interface needs to load all of the domains on the account before it can fully display the interface. It is unclear how many domains are required to trigger this scenario as it depends on many factors, such as plugins, SSLs, server performance, or resource allocation.
We've opened an internal case for our development team to investigate this further. For reference, the case number is CPANEL-52498. Follow this article to receive an email notification when a solution is published in the product.
