You will receive these notifications if WP Toolkit has been updated as part of the cPanel upgrade process. You can run the following command to see if it was updated recently.
grep -i toolkit /var/log/yum.log
If it updated recently, you will see a line like this.
Apr 26 21:24:26 Updated: wp-toolkit-cpanel-5.4.0-2385.x86_64
If you get no results back from this command, please open a support ticket with cPanel so we can investigate.
