Symptoms
When navigating to cPanel >> Spam Filters, the "Move New Spam to a Separate Folder (Spam Box)" option is missing.
Description
In order to use "Move New Spam to a Separate Folder (Spam Box)," the following setting must be enabled in WHM >> Tweak Settings:
Enable Apache SpamAssassin™ Spam Box delivery for messages marked as spam (user configurable)
And the following feature must be enabled in WHM >> Feature Manager for the feature list used by the package a cPanel account is configured to use: (See: How To Verify If a User Has Access To A Feature?)

Workaround
Enable the following setting in WHM >> Tweak Settings:
