PHP Startup: Unable to load dynamic library 'clos_ssa.so'

Symptoms

PHP Startup error occurs in the PHP error_log file.

Unable to load dynamic library 'clos_ssa.so

Cause

CloudLinux slow site analyzer is enabled, but the PHP version needed to use it is not in use. To use the slow site analyzer, the account or website must use an ALT-PHP version.

Resolution

Disable the slow site analyzer.

/usr/sbin/cloudlinux-ssa-manager disable-ssa

Alternatively, you can switch the account to an ALT-PHP version that supports this feature.
