Symptoms
After changing the domain name in WHM, the Roundcube email domain for a user is incorrect.
Description
Roundcube stores identities in an SQLite database. The default identity is only generated at account creation and when the user first accesses their Roundcube Webmail. If the domain name changes for the account, the SQLite database becomes outdated by showing the old domain name in the identities.
We've opened an internal case for our development team to investigate this further. For reference, the case number is CPANEL-46415. Follow this article to receive an email notification when a solution is published in the product.
Workaround
In Roundcube, from the Settings menu.
1. Click Identities.
2. Then, edit the Email name field.
3. Finally, click Save to finalize the change.
