How can I verify the DKIM records are working?

Answer

The Email Deliverability tool within a domain's cPanel will confirm the correct record exists in the DNS zone:

1. Connect to your server using WHM as the root user and access the domain's cPanel, or log in directly using cPanel as the domain owner.
2. Use the Email Deliverability interface in cPanel to confirm that the correct DKIM record exists in your domain's DNS zone.

If the tool detects an invalid DKIM key, cPanel will not sign that domain's outbound email with a DKIM signature to avoid a DKIM failure. You will need to take steps to correct the DKIM in the DNS zone based on the output from Email Deliverability.

Once the DKIM is valid, cPanel will sign the outbound email with DKIM.
