Unfortunately, there is no native option to transfer only mail from one server to another. Instead, the cPanel account must be transferred using the WHM Transfer Tool. Transferring the account after updating the DNS will ensure all mail is appropriately synced to the new server. 

Alternatively, you may use the rsync command to manually transfer the mail from the old server to the new server.
