Why is SpamAssassin not scanning larger emails?

Answer

SpamAssassin only scans messages lower than the Apache SpamAssassin™: message size threshold to scan value that is set in the Exim configuration. By default, this is set to 1000kb. If you need to modify this option, you can do so at "WHM / Service Configuration / Exim Configuration Manager"
