How to locate some useful information regarding a specific email?

Answer

An excellent method to find a specific email is to "Mail Delivery Reports" feature inside WHM allows you to search for emails using different criteria, including Sender, Recipient, From Address, and more.

Located here:

WHM: Home -> Email -> Mail Delivery Reports

The page contains a pulldown menu that shows what categories you can search for and a section for date and time.

Any email found that matches your criteria will appear on the interface.

Clicking the 'magnify glass' icon of the email will show you the output of the email transaction.

The output can tell us if the email was sent or rejected, what IP it went to, and more.

The screenshot shows some information you can use.

For example, if you wanted to know the exact time an email was sent, you can find the email output and reference its "Sent Time".
