Introduction
Sometimes, you may need to check if a message is still in the mail queue. This can be done from the command line or in WHM. This article provides the steps to check if a message is still in the mail queue via WHM.
Procedure
- Log into WHM as the ‘root’ user.
- Navigate to "Home / Email / Mail Delivery Reports."
- Search for the message in question.
- Copy the message ID of the message, located in the "ID" column.
- Navigate to "Home / Email / Mail Queue Manager."
- Enter the message ID in the search textbox.
- Select "Search Message ID" from the dropdown menu.
- Set the "Search Type" to "Exact."
- Set the "Start Date" to one day before the email was sent.
- Click the "Run Report" button.
If the message is still in the queue, it will be displayed in the search results with its status in the "Status" column.
