Introduction
Most email providers require your domain to contain an SPF and DKIM record to verify your email is being sent from a trusted source. To that end, cPanel has implemented the "Email Deliverability" Feature, which creates these records, and places them into DNS on your server. These records can be seen in the cPanel interface.
Procedure
To view your SPF and DKIM record, you can follow the below steps:
- Log into cPanel as your account username.
- Navigate to the following location in the cPanel interface "Home / Email / Email Deliverability".
- Locate the domain you wish to check, and click the "Manage" button.
- On the following page, you will find the two records: DKIM and SPF.
Both of these records are for DNS.
If you are running DNS from your cPanel server, they will already be in your zone file. If your DNS servers are remote, you would want to copy the records and place them in the zone on the remote nameserver.
