How do reset a DNS zone file?

Answer

1. Log into WHM as the root
2. Navigate to Home / DNS Functions / DNS Zone Manager
3. Click the Manage button for the domain that you want to modify
4. In this interface, click the Actions button
5. Select Reset DNS Zone from the dropdown menu
6. Click Continue to reset the domain’s DNS zone file

Note: The system will attempt to preserve TXT records instead of deleting them.
