Introduction
This article provides the procedure for resetting a DNS zone file in the "DNS Zone Manager" interface in WHM.
Procedure
- Log into WHM as the ‘root’ user.
- Navigate to "Home / DNS Functions / DNS Zone Manager."
- Click the "Manage" button for the domain that you want to modify.
- In this interface, click the "Actions" button.
- Select "Reset DNS Zone" from the dropdown menu.
- Click "Continue" to reset the domain’s DNS zone file.
Please note that the system will attempt to preserve TXT records instead of deleting them.
