How do you disable auto-delete from a user's spam filter?
Answer
There are two locations where auto-delete can be disabled:
cPanel Interface
- Log in to your cPanel Account.
- Navigate to Home / Email / Spam Filters.
- Locate the Automatically Delete New Spam (Auto-Delete) toggle and slide it to the left:
Webmail Interface
Log in to your email account via Webmail.
Note: If Webmail automatically logs you in to Roundcube, you can click on the Webmail Home button to go to the Webmail home page.
- Under Fight Spam, click on Spam Filters.
- Select the Disable Spam Auto-Delete option:
- Click the Submit button
