Can my server use a Dynamic IP address (DHCP)?
Answer
cPanel does not support Dynamic IP addresses that are assigned to your server by DHCP. We require that the server uses at least one, static, IP address. This is mentioned in the networking requirements of our cPanel & WHM system requirements here:
