In some instances, you may need to reset your password for the admin area of your site, but you may not be receiving the password reset email when clicking the "Reset my password" link.
For any CMS systems such as Drupal, Joomla, WordPress, Microweber and all others, cPanel does not keep or store your password for your recovery in any cPanel related files or folders.
In these cases, you need to review the documentation available from the CMS developers, and follow their instructions for alternate ways to reset the password. In many cases, logging credentials can be reset directly inside the Database through the cPanel >> PhpMyAdmin interface. However, this method is only recommended for experienced developers, to avoid data loss.
