DNS updates are not syncing to the DNS cluster members.

Symptoms

DNS changes are not reflected in one or more DNS cluster members.

Description 

This can occur if reverse trust is not set up between the cluster members, or if one or more of the cluster members are in the wrong mode.

Workaround

Ensure that reverse trust is set up for all members of the cluster. This can be done in the following location of WHM.

Ensure that any cluster members that should be sending DNS updates are set to one of the following modes:

• Synchronize Changes
• Standalone
