How to mark email as spam without moving it to the Spam folder.

Introduction

The default "Spam Box" configuration places email marked as spam in a separate "Spam" folder. This behavior can be changed to place email marked as spam in the "Inbox".

Procedure

1. Log into the user's cPanel account.
2. In the "Email" section of cPanel, open the "Spam Filters" application.
3. Click the "Configure Spam Box Settings" button in the "Move New Spam to a Separate Folder (Spam Box)" section.
4. Click the toggle next to "Spam Box is enabled" to disable the "Spam Box."
