How can I mark incoming email as spam without moving it to the spam folder?
Answer
- Log into the user's cPanel account.
- In the Email section of cPanel, open the Spam Filters menu.
- Click the Configure Spam Box Settings button in the Move New Spam to a Separate Folder (Spam Box) section.
- Click the toggle next to Spam Box is enabled to disable the Spam Box.
