How can I mark incoming email as spam without moving it to the spam folder?

Answer

1. Log into the user's cPanel account.
2. In the Email section of cPanel, open the Spam Filters menu.
3. Click the Configure Spam Box Settings button in the Move New Spam to a Separate Folder (Spam Box) section.
4. Click the toggle next to Spam Box is enabled to disable the Spam Box.
