Symptoms
Roundcube hangs and never loads. It may eventually time out.
Cause
Note: Make sure replace CPANELUSER with your actual cPanel user.
Roundcube is unable to connect to the Caldav service. You can verify this within the /home/CPANELUSER/logs/roundcube/caldav.log file, in which the following error or something similar is logged:
CONFIG_TEXT: cURL error 7: Failed connect to 203.0.113.2:2080; Connection timed out (see https://curl.haxx.se/libcurl/c/libcurl-errors.html) for https://203.0.113.2:2080/.well-known/carddav
Resolution
Open port 2080 in the server's firewall and/or network.
