Symptoms
When attempting to discard a pending moderation request in Mailman, the following error is displayed in the Mailman user interface:
The following error is also generated in the Mailman error log found at /usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/mailman/logs/error:
CONFIG_TEXT: AttributeError: 'Header' object has no attribute 'replace'
Cause

Resolution
Use the "reject" option instead of "discard".
