cPanel Development Licenses

cPanel Development licenses are available for testing software that works with cPanel. Such as:

• Internal Development
• Testing cPanel/WHM EDGE releases
• Developing applications that integrate with cPanel (whether publicly available or not)

Development licenses are available to current cPanel license holders and application developers. Application developers may submit a request using the link below:

Current cPanel license holders are eligible for up to 3 development licenses. For verification of eligibility, please provide Customer Service with any IP addresses associated with paid cPanel licenses.

Please note that production environments are not eligible for development licensing, and that submitting an application does not guarantee approval for this license.
