How to Import Mail Into Roundcube

Introduction

Here we'll discuss the procedure to import email into the Roundcube webmail interface. 

Procedure

1. From the Roundcube interface of the account you wish to import to, click the gear option in the bottom right. 
2. From the folder  menu select “Import Messages”
3. You will now see a popup to select the file for uploading, select the file by clicking ‘Browse’ to use the file picker.
   **You can upload mail using files in MIME or Mbox format. Multiple files can be compressed into zip archives.
4. With a file selected click the “OK” button and Roundcube will begin the upload and import.
