Symptoms
After creating a new account or adding a domain to an existing account, you may find that its NS records do not match those configured in Basic WebHost Manager Setup.
Description
This will happen if the domain is registered and the "Always use authoritative (registered) nameservers when creating a new DNS zone" setting is ON in Tweak Settings.
Workaround
The "Always use authoritative (registered) nameservers when creating a new DNS zone" setting can be disabled to cause new domains to always use the nameservers specified in Basic WebHost Manager Setup.
1) Log in to WHM and navigate to the following location.
Home » Server Configuration » Basic WebHost Manager® Setup
2) Select the "Domains" tab.
3) Scroll down to the "Always use authoritative (registered) nameservers when creating a new DNS zone" setting and toggle it to OFF.
