Question:
If I just paid to renew my license, why am I being asked to pay again on the 1st?
Answer
Our license renewals occur on the 1st of the month for all direct store customers. If the license renewal fails, the license and invoice will expire after the 4th day of the month.
If a renewal invoice is left unpaid and the license has expired, the full outstanding invoice will require payment to activate the license on whatever day of the month that occurs. No actual late fees are applied for paying for the license on a later date. The following month's renewal will still occur on the 1st day of the month.
