When your cPanel license expires, the following effects will occur:

• Regular services like Web and Email will continue functioning when the cPanel license expires. Websites continue to load, and incoming mail will continue to be received. cPanel support requires an active, valid license to troubleshoot issues within the software. 
• Software updates are no longer received, and any expiring SSL certificates will not be able to be renewed by AutoSSL.
• The WHM, cPanel, and Webmail interfaces will not accept logins, limiting access to administrative functions.
