Symptoms
Users are unable to see or add MX records in "Zone Editor" in cPanel.
Description
For users to see, edit, or add MX records, the "Zone Editor (A, CNAME, MX)" and "Email Routing (MX Entry)" features have to be enabled in their account's feature list.
Workaround
- Log into WHM as the ‘root’ user.
- Navigate to "Home / Packages / Feature Manager."
- Select the feature list to modify from the "Manage feature list" dropdown menu.
- Click the "Edit" button.
- Enable the "Email Routing (MX Entry)" option.
- Click the "Save" button at the bottom of the page.
