Symptoms
After upgrading cPanel to version 120, the server stops sending emails and you may see a message similar to the following in Exim's main log file.
2024-04-22 20:08:53 1ryunf-0000000020r-1rak Spool file 1ryunf-0000000020r-1rak-D not found
Description
In cPanel version 120, Exim was upgraded to version 4.97, which changed the message ID format. This prevents MailScanner from locating the correct spool file.
Workaround
Upgrade MailScanner to version 5.07 or later.
