Symptoms
After upgrading cPanel to version 120, the server stops sending emails and you may see a message similar to the following in Exim's main log file.

Description
In cPanel versions 110 and 120, Exim was upgraded to the minimum of version 4.97, which changed the message ID format. This prevents MailScanner from locating the correct spool file.
Workaround
Upgrade MailScanner to version 5.5.1-2 or later.
