Question
Does blacklisted countries in cPHulk override the function of whitelisting an IP of that range?
Answer
Blacklisting countries in cPHulk will not override any whitelisted IP address.
Using cPHulk to blacklist a country's IP ranges will put the ranges on the cPHulk blacklist. And you may need to allow an IP address of that range to be whitelisted.
When there is an IP address that exists on both the blacklist and whitelist, the whitelist will take priority. Our documentation for cPHulk Management on the Command Line helps illustrate this.
