Symptoms
When experiencing connection issues between a primary cPanel server and servers added to the DNS Cluster, there is no indication of DNS Cluster server connection issues when managing domain DNS zones in "WHM / DNS Zone Manager" or "cPanel / Zone Editor".
Description
The connection errors are only logged to the /usr/local/cpanel/logs/dnsadmin_log file.
We've opened an internal case for our development team to investigate this further. For reference, the case number is CPANEL-51384. Follow this article to receive an email notification when a solution is published in the product.
Workaround
Check the /usr/local/cpanel/logs/dnsadmin_log file in SSH or "WHM / Terminal" as root for the actual error.
