Syntax error, could not parse the RR's rdata

Symptoms

You may encounter the following error in your zones when running the parse_dns_zone API call, or any similar action:

Cause

We've opened an internal case for our development team to investigate this further. For reference, the case number is CPANEL-37128. Follow this article to receive an email notification when a solution is published in the product. 

Resolution

1. Log in to WHM as the root user.
2. Navigate to Home / DNS Functions / DNS Zone Manager.
3. Click Manage on the DNS Zone you need to update.
4. Change the TTL value on any entry, and save.
5. Change the TTL back if desired.
6. The error should no longer occur.
