Is it possible to get a temporary license for migrations?
Answer
Yes, a 15-day Migration license can be obtained through our Customer Service team. Please provide the IPs for the servers you will be migrating from and to.
Cancel Unused Server Licenses:
Active licenses associated with servers that are no longer in use will continue to be invoiced until they are canceled.
Please note: Refunds or credits are not available for licenses that remain active without cancellation.
