Symptoms
When navigating to "cPanel / Spam Filters", the "Move New Spam to a Separate Folder (Spam Box)" option is missing.
Description
In order to use "Move New Spam to a Separate Folder (Spam Box)", both of the following must be true.
- "Enable Apache SpamAssassin™ Spam Box delivery for messages marked as spam (user configurable)" is enabled.
- "Apache SpamAssassin™ Spam Box" feature is enabled for the feature list used by the cPanel account.
Workaround
- Navigate to "WHM / Server Configuration / Tweak Settings".
- Select the "Mail" tab.
- Ensure the "Enable Apache SpamAssassin™ Spam Box delivery for messages marked as spam (user configurable)" setting is set to "On".
- Click the "Save" button at the bottom of the page.
- Navigate to "WHM / Account Information / List Accounts".
- Search for the affected account.
- Click the package link under the "Package" column.
- Click the "View" link in the "Feature List" row.
- Ensure the "Apache SpamAssassin™ Spam Box" feature is checked.
- Click the "Save" button at the bottom of the page.
