Symptoms
The Home / Email / Mail Delivery Reports within the WHM are not updating. Additionally, the following can be found logged within the tailwatch log /usr/local/cpanel/logs/tailwatchd_log:
CONFIG_TEXT: [Cpanel::TailWatch] [INFO] /var/log/maillog/maillog has gone away. Looking for it to reappear every second.
[Cpanel::TailWatch] [INFO] /var/log/exim_mainlog/exim_mainlog has gone away. Looking for it to reappear every second.
Cause
We've opened an internal case for our development team to investigate this further. For reference, the case number is CPANEL-51788. Follow this article to receive an email notification when a solution is published in the product.
